To ease the travel burden, the railway has announced several special trains. Four special trains are planned from Gaya to Jasidih, with schedules to be released soon. Additionally, the Howrah-Natesar Special will operate as per the following details:

- A new 12-meter wide Foot Over Bridge (FOB) is being built at Sultanganj station.
- Increase in the number of ticket counters to reduce long queues.
- Installation of 24-hour CCTV surveillance and deployment of additional security forces.
- Setting up of 24-hour medical camps with doctors and life-saving medicines at main stations.
