The North Eastern Railway has provided a major relief to the residents of Gopalganj. The Surat-Thawe Express, also known as Tapti Ganga Express, will now stop at Dighwa Dubauli station. This decision was approved by Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav following a request from Baikunthpur MLA Mithilesh Tiwari.

The Varanasi Railway Division has shared the official schedule for the experimental stoppage. The train will stop for two minutes at Dighwa Dubauli station as per the following timings:
