This announcement comes from the Railway Minister, who has confirmed the details after the previous service was stopped last year. The new train will run tri-weekly, giving more options for travelers.
The train will leave Bengaluru at 5 am and reach Ernakulam by 2 pm. It will then return to Bengaluru and arrive by 11 pm. There will be six stops along the way: Thrissur, Palakkad, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, and Selam, reducing travel time to under 9 hours.
