A wooden block was found on the railway track near Raebareli, potentially causing a serious accident, but local people acted quickly to remove it.



Recently, near Raebareli’s Civil Lines area, there was a scare when a wooden block was discovered on the railway track between Raebareli and Dariyapur. This happened just before the Vande Bharat Express was scheduled to pass by.

Luckily, some local residents spotted the wooden block in time and swiftly removed it from the track. Their quick action prevented what could have been a major train accident.


This incident occurred in the morning when people were walking near the tracks. The Vande Bharat Express, which travels from Gorakhpur to Prayagraj, was approaching, and the locals recognized the danger of the obstruction.

Many people in the area started discussing the matter, suspecting it might be the work of mischievous individuals who intentionally placed the block on the track. Such a barrier poses a serious risk, especially for high-speed trains like the Vande Bharat.


The Railway Protection Force (RPF) inspector mentioned that there is currently no information about how the block ended up on the track. However, they are investigating the case, including checking nearby CCTV footage to determine who might have placed the wooden block.
