Police are taking strong measures to prevent stone-pelting incidents on the Vande Bharat Express in Raebareli.



In Raebareli, the police are gearing up to stop stone-pelting incidents that have been happening on the Vande Bharat Express train. They have identified seven sensitive spots from Bachhrawan to Paryawan where these incidents occurred before.

The police will be stationed at these locations during train movements. These spots include areas near Double Gate, Champa Devi Temple, and several others along the railway line. Each spot will have two police personnel assigned to keep an eye out.


This new security measure started on Monday. Officers have been instructed to take selfies and videos during their duty shifts and share them in a departmental WhatsApp group. This will help in monitoring their presence effectively.

Additionally, the police are collecting data on suspicious individuals living near the railway tracks. This information will be shared with civil police for better surveillance.


With these steps, the police aim to ensure safer travel for passengers on the Vande Bharat Express. They are committed to keeping the railway route secure and preventing any further incidents.
