The trials also focused on important factors like braking performance, stability, and the reliability of the train’s systems. After identifying some areas for improvement, the rake will be sent to BEML for necessary corrections.

Looking ahead, the train will follow the instructions from the Railway Board after the corrections are made. This step is crucial for ensuring the train meets all safety and performance standards before it starts serving passengers.

Summary:

  • The second Vande Bharat Sleeper rake has completed its trial run.

  • Tests were conducted across three railway zones.

  • The train reached a speed of 180 km/h during trials.

  • Corrections will be made before the train is ready for passengers.

  • Details on launch date and fares are still awaited.
