There’s good news for travelers! The Vande Bharat Express will start its journey between Varanasi and Khajuraho from November 8. This semi-high-speed train will depart from Varanasi at 8:05 AM.
On its first day, this train will operate as a special service with the train number 02582. It will make a stop at Prayagraj Chheoki station at 11:05 AM for five minutes before continuing its journey.
The train is expected to reach Khajuraho at 4:25 PM. It will have a total of eight coaches, which include seven chair cars for regular passengers and one executive chair car for those looking for premium seating.
To celebrate the launch of this new train, there will be welcome ceremonies at all the stations where it stops. The railway board will soon announce details about the regular schedule for this service.
This new Vande Bharat Express will make it easier for people to connect with important religious and cultural sites, enhancing travel convenience in the region.
