What is the schedule and route of the special trains?

The railway administration has announced two primary special services to facilitate travel between major cities. Booking for these trains started on June 19, 2026. The details of the services are as follows:

Train 09354 will stop at Fatehabad Chandravatiganj, Badnagar, Ratlam, Nagda, Ujjain, Maksi, Shujalpur, Sehore, and Sant Hirdaram Nagar. Train 09353 will cover Sant Hirdaram Nagar, Sehore, Shujalpur, Maksi, Ujjain, and Nagda.

What are the coach details and crowd management plans?

Both special trains consist of 17 coaches, including 13 sleeper class coaches, two general coaches, and two SLR/D coaches for luggage and disabled passengers. Officials including Harshit Srivastava (CPRO, WCR) and Vineet Abhishek (CPRO, WR) confirmed that these trains aim to ensure smooth travel for students and their families.

In Bhopal alone, around 13,774 candidates are expected to appear for the exam. To handle this, the Bhopal division will implement strict crowd management at major stations and maintain special surveillance at stations connected to exam centers. Additionally, Western Railway cancelled a jumbo block on its suburban section for June 21 to avoid any travel delays for the candidates.
