Bihar to Delhi: Amrit Bharat Special Train to Operate from Sheikhpura, Timings and Route Details Revealed

A special Amrit Bharat train is set to run from Sheikhpura, Bihar to Delhi, starting from September 23. This service aims to help passengers during the festive season of Dussehra, Diwali, and Chhath Puja.

The train will operate every Tuesday and Wednesday, running from Bhagalpur to Delhi. It will make a stop at Sheikhpura Junction, making it convenient for local travelers.


The train from Delhi will leave at 11 am on Tuesdays and will reach Sheikhpura at 6:20 am the next day, then arrive at Bhagalpur at 10:30 am. On Wednesdays, the train will depart from Bhagalpur at 1:40 pm, reaching Sheikhpura by 4:58 pm and Delhi the next day at 3:30 pm.

This service will be available from September 23 to November 25. The train is part of the Railways’ effort to provide extra services during this busy travel period.


Additional special trains are also planned to run from Howrah and Kolkata to accommodate more passengers during the festive times.
