PM Modi to Visit Gujarat on November 15 for Bullet Train Review and Tribal Welfare Projects Inauguration in Dediyapada

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting Gujarat to review the Bullet Train Project and celebrate Birsa Munda’s anniversary.




Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Gujarat on Saturday, November 15. He will check on the progress of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train Project and take part in a program celebrating the 150th birth anniversary of Lord Birsa Munda. His visit will also include a stop in Dediapada, in the Narmada district.

During his visit, PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for various infrastructure projects worth over Rs 9,700 crore. These projects will focus on improving tribal welfare, infrastructure, health, education, and heritage in the region.


As part of his schedule, PM Modi will visit the bullet train station being built in Surat. He will also review the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Corridor, a major infrastructure project expected to enhance connectivity between cities like Ahmedabad, Surat, and Mumbai.

The Bullet Train Project will use 85% of its route on bridges, which means less land is needed and it will be safer. Once the train starts running, the travel time between Mumbai and Ahmedabad will be cut by about two hours, making it easier for people to move between the two cities.


In the afternoon, PM Modi will offer prayers at the Devmogra temple and then attend the Birsa Munda Jayanti program in Dediapada. He will inaugurate several development projects aimed at uplifting tribal communities and improving infrastructure in rural areas.
