Bhagalpur Station Renaming Announcement

Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary announced that the Sultanganj station in Bhagalpur district will soon be renamed Ajgaibinath. This announcement was made during a program held at Ravindra Bhawan, where he stated that the state government has received a proposal for the name change from the Sultanganj Municipal Council. Chaudhary mentioned his intention to meet with the Railway Minister shortly to request the official renaming of the station, highlighting the significance of the name Ajgaibinath.

Recognition of Service Personnel

The event featured a felicitation ceremony where 159 institutions and individuals from ten states were honored. The ceremony was inaugurated by BJP State President Dr. Dilip Jaiswal, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, and Vijay Sinha, who lit the ceremonial lamp. During his address, Chaudhary emphasized the international importance of the Ajgaibinath fair and appealed to the Prime Minister for the development of a four-lane road from Sultanganj to Deoghar. He also assured the construction of new railway tracks to enhance connectivity.

Support for Devotees and Service Personnel

Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sinha expressed gratitude towards those who have served the devotees, noting that true devotion brings individuals closer to God. BJP State President Dilip Jaiswal praised the ongoing efforts to honor service personnel who support devotees on the Sultanganj-Deoghar route, which involves significant dedication over an extended period. He expressed hope that the proposal to rename the station would uplift the morale of those involved in these services. The ceremony saw participation from various leaders, state officials, and members of the Bol Bam Seva Samiti, with coordination by Sajal Jha.
