The arrest is related to the leaked papers of the BPSC TRE-3 exam.
Sanjay Kumar Prabhat, a resident of Sheikhpura district, was caught during a special campaign targeting exam groups before the Constable Driver Recruitment Exam (December 10) and Enforcement Sub Inspector Exam (December 14). The criminal network extends beyond Bihar, with Sanjay being accused in paper leak cases of Telangana’s EAMCET 2016 exam and the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) 2016 in Uttarakhand. Investigations are being conducted by CID Hyderabad and Uttarakhand Police. Several state police departments were already monitoring him.
