Non-Interlocking Work at Khajuraho Station from November 9 to 18 to Affect Train Services, Passengers Advised to Check Status

There’s an important update for train passengers traveling through Khajuraho station. From November 9 to 18, there will be some non-interlocking work happening at the station as well as on the Lalitpur-Mahoba line.

This work aims to set up electronic interlocking at Khajuraho. During this time, the safety of passengers is a priority, which means some train services will be impacted.


Specifically, on November 11, several trains will be cancelled. This includes the trains running from Khajuraho to Lalitpur, and vice versa, as well as the Mahoba to Khajuraho and Khajuraho to Mahoba routes.

Additionally, on November 10, two trains will experience delays. The Dadar to Gorakhpur train and the Bhopal to Khajuraho train will be running 15 minutes late through the Lalitpur – Maharaja Chhatrasal Chhatarpur section.


Passengers should be aware of these changes and are encouraged to check their train statuses through IRCTC, NTES, or PRS before traveling during this period.
