The Firozpur Division of Northern Railway has officially restored the Phagwara-Jaijon Doaba train service starting from April 18, 2026. This decision follows a long-standing demand from local commuters who depend on this rail link for their daily travel. Railway officials mentioned that the resumption of this service will provide much-needed relief to students, office-goers, and small-scale traders across the region.
