How will these changes affect railway timing and services?
Railway officials have reported that the punctuality of trains on the Howrah route has improved significantly. Most trains are now running at their scheduled right time compared to previous weeks. These 16 special trains are planned to operate two to four days before the specific election dates. Although some are listed as summer specials, the timing is specifically arranged to handle the movement of migrant workers and voters heading towards West Bengal and Assam.
