Agra Rail Division Launches 62 Festival Special Trains for Diwali and Chhath, Connecting Major Cities Across India

Agra rail division is starting 62 special trains for the upcoming Diwali and Chhath festivals. This is to help people travel easily to various important cities.

The rail division manager, Gagan Goyal, mentioned that these special trains will connect cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Surat, Patna, and Benares. They aim to make travel more convenient for everyone during this busy festive season.


Passengers can look forward to several special trains from Agra to Bihar and other areas. For example, from October 31 to November 28, a train will run from Agra to Jogbani at 5 AM. Similarly, there are trains from other locations like Baroda, Gandhinagar, and Jhansi at different times.

Some of these trains will make stops at popular stations such as Eidgah and Mathura Junction. For instance, there’s a train from Gandhinagar to Sialdah that will stop at Eidgah at 3 PM from October 30 to November 13.


Travelers should check the schedule and plan their trips accordingly. These special trains will operate until the end of November, ensuring everyone has a chance to celebrate with their families.
