This festive season, travelers in Varanasi and nearby places are noticing a rise in the number of passengers on trains. The Northern Railway’s Lucknow division has announced that there are seats available in several trains for those planning to travel.
Along with regular trains, there are also weekly trains included in this update. Senior commercial manager of Northern Railway, Kuldeep Tiwari, mentioned that the trains are running on their regular schedule and booking options are open for passengers.
Based on the latest updates, the Superfast Shuttle Express from Varanasi to Lucknow has seats available on specific dates. For instance, on October 7th, there are 25 seats in AC third class and 46 in chair car, while on October 8th, 50 seats in third class and 74 in chair car are still open.
For October 9th, travelers can find 37 seats in third class and 75 in chair car. Additionally, the Banaras-Dehradun Janata Express has seats available in first class and third class on October 11th as well.
Moreover, the Vande Bharat Express from Varanasi to Meerut has 109 seats available in chair car on October 8th, and 175 on October 9th. For those heading to Delhi, the Kashi Vishwanath Express also has a few seats left in different classes for early October.
