New Vande Bharat Express to Operate from Gomti Nagar to Saharanpur Starting December 9, Enhancing Connectivity for Moradabad

A new Vande Bharat Express train is set to start operations between Gomti Nagar and Saharanpur from December 9, 2023.



A new Vande Bharat Express train is launching between Gomti Nagar and Saharanpur. It will start running from December 9, 2023, and will operate six days a week, from Tuesday to Sunday.

This train will run from Gomti Nagar and will reach Moradabad at 8:35 PM, stopping for just five minutes before continuing its journey. In the morning, a train will leave Saharanpur and arrive in Moradabad at 8:05 AM.


The introduction of this train will benefit businesses in Moradabad by allowing them to complete their work in a day and return in the evening. It will also make it easier for people to visit the famous Siddhbali temple in Kotdwar via Najibabad.

This train will stop at several key stations, including Sitapur, Shahjahanpur, Bareilly, Moradabad, Najibabad, and Roorkee. It provides a fast and safe travel option for IIT Roorkee students as well.


With this new service, Moradabad now has its third Vande Bharat train, enhancing connectivity and promoting tourism in the region, especially in the wooden furniture industry of Saharanpur.
