Passengers Complain About Poor Conditions on Vande Bharat Express from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Khajuraho, Seek Rail Minister’s Action

Passengers traveling on the Vande Bharat Express, known for its luxury and comfort, are expressing their dissatisfaction. This comes after reports of dirty conditions and poor seat quality in the train’s chair car.

Recently, a passenger named Prashant Mathur, who traveled from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Khajuraho, highlighted several issues. He submitted a complaint online to the railway minister after experiencing problems during his journey in coach C-5.


The train left Agra early in the morning, but Mathur found the coach to be in an unclean state. Additionally, when he tried to adjust his seat for comfort, he discovered that it was not flexible at all.

Mathur pointed out that despite paying for what is advertised as a luxury service, the train was equipped with old and dirty coaches. He emphasized that the reality of the travel experience was quite different from the promotional material provided by the railway.


As a result of these complaints, there is now a call for the railway authorities to take action. Passengers are hoping for improvements in the cleanliness and condition of the Vande Bharat Express soon.
