Rajasthan Launches New Vande Bharat Train from Jodhpur to Delhi, Reducing Travel Time to Just Eight Hours

New Vande Bharat trains are set to run from Rajasthan, providing faster travel options for passengers. Key details include timings and route information.



Rajasthan is all set to welcome two new Vande Bharat trains soon. One of the trains has already reached Bikaner, while the other will operate from Jodhpur to Delhi via Jaipur.

This new train service is expected to start on September 25. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will officially launch it from Banswara. The train will cover the distance between Jodhpur and Jaipur in about four hours.


Currently, most trains from Jodhpur to Jaipur take about four to five hours. However, the new Vande Bharat train will save passengers around 30 to 45 minutes, as it will complete the journey in just four hours and will run six days a week.

The distance between Jodhpur and Jaipur is approximately 313 kilometers. The train will leave Jodhpur at 5:30 AM and reach Jaipur by 9:35 AM. After that, it will continue to Delhi, arriving around 1:30 PM.


The train will make stops at several stations, including Degana, Makrana, and Phuleira, before heading straight to Delhi. The fare for this new service is expected to be higher than other trains, but exact details are yet to be confirmed.
