Uttar Pradesh is set to get another Vande Bharat train soon. This train will connect four important religious places and will run six days a week.
The new services include one train that will operate from Lucknow to Saharanpur via Sitapur, and another from Varanasi to Khajuraho. The inauguration will take place on November 7, with Prime Minister Modi attending the event in Varanasi.
The Lucknow-Saharanpur train, numbered 26504/26503, will leave Lucknow Junction at 5 AM and reach Saharanpur at 12:45 PM. It will return from Saharanpur at 3 PM and arrive back in Lucknow by 11 PM.
Another train, numbered 26422/26421, will run daily from Varanasi at 5:25 AM and from Khajuraho at 3:20 PM. This service is expected to ease travel for many, including traders going to Moradabad and back on the same day.
Railway officials are preparing for a grand inauguration ceremony, with both state railway ministers expected to be present. This new service aims to improve connectivity for passengers and boost regional tourism.
