Muzaffarpur is set to welcome the Jogbani-Danapur Vande Bharat Express, which will start its operations from the Muzaffarpur Junction on September 15. The Prime Minister will flag off this new train service.
This will be the second Vande Bharat Express to pass through Muzaffarpur. The train number 26301 will arrive at Muzaffarpur Junction at 9 AM, while the return train, number 26302, will come in at 6:50 PM.
The regular service will officially begin on September 17. Passengers can expect the train to run six days a week, except for Tuesdays from Danapur and Wednesdays from Jogbani. The train will also cover other stations like Farbisganj, Saharsa, Khagaria, and Samastipur.
On the opening day, the inaugural special train will leave Farbisganj at 3:30 PM, reach Samastipur at 8:26 PM, and finally arrive in Muzaffarpur at 9:05 PM.
With this new service, passengers will have more convenient travel options in the region. The introduction of the Vande Bharat Express is expected to enhance connectivity and reduce travel time for many commuters.
