The Vande Bharat Express train service between Varanasi and Khajuraho is set to start on November 11. This announcement was made by the railway board recently.

The train will operate six days a week, taking a break on Thursdays. It will cover a distance of 468 kilometers in about eight hours.


Passengers can expect the train to leave Varanasi at 5:10 AM each day. It will make several stops along the way, including at Vindhyachal and Prayagraj, before reaching Khajuraho by 1:10 PM.

The return journey will see the train leaving Khajuraho at 3:20 PM and arriving back in Varanasi by 11:15 PM. The average speed of the train will be around 58.62 kilometers per hour.


Currently, the fare details for this service have not been revealed. The train will undergo maintenance at Varanasi station.
