The train is slated to depart from Hisar every Saturday at 2:10 PM, with return services from Tirupati operating every Monday. To accommodate a high volume of travelers, the train will run with a 24-coach composition, offering a mix of AC, sleeper, and general class accommodation.
Meanwhile, the Hisar-Khadki Superfast Express (22979/22980), replacing the old 04725/04726, will start its regular service from July 26, 2026. It will depart Hisar every Sunday at 4:20 AM, returning from Khadki every Monday. Passengers on this route will benefit from modern LHB (Linke Hofmann Busch) coaches, which are widely recognized for their superior safety features and enhanced passenger comfort.
Connecting Pilgrims to Khatu Shyamji
These routes are strategically important for devotees, as both trains stop at several key stations across Rajasthan, including Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Ringas, and Jaipur. Ringas Junction remains a vital transit point for those visiting the Khatu Shyamji temple. Recognizing the growing influx of devotees, the Ministry of Railways announced on July 9, 2026, that a dedicated new railway station is being developed just 11 kilometers away from the temple site in Sikar district. This infrastructure push, combined with the regularization of these express trains, marks a significant upgrade for rail connectivity in the region.
