From today, several trains on the Khagaria route in Bihar will be running on different routes for the next four days. Trains like SMVBI-Saharsa Express and Lokmanya Tilak-Agartala Express will now pass through Danapur, Patna, Mokama, and Begusarai.
Additionally, Tinsukia-Amritsar Express will be diverted via Khagaria, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, and Hajipur from January 27. The Katihar-Samastipur Passenger train will also take a different route via Khagaria, Narhan, and Samastipur from today until January 29.
Due to the commissioning of automatic signaling between Barauni and Bachwara, some trains have been rerouted. The railway authorities are taking necessary steps to ensure passenger convenience amidst these changes.
Trains like Gwalior-Barauni Express and Dibrugarh-Lalgarh Express will be under control for 90 minutes each. Anand Vihar-Saharsa Express and SVDK-Kamakhya Express will also experience control for a certain duration.
