Recently, there has been an important update regarding the Bikaner-Hawrah train. The timing for this train has changed at Varanasi station. This change is due to the launch of the new Vande Bharat train service between Varanasi and Khajuraho.
The Bikaner-Hawrah weekly train will now arrive at Varanasi station at 4:55 AM and depart at 5:05 AM, instead of the previous timing of 5:00 AM arrival and 5:10 AM departure. This new schedule will start from January 1, 2026.
Passengers should take note of these new timings before heading out. The change has been made to accommodate the new Vande Bharat train service, which was inaugurated by the Prime Minister on November 8, 2025.
In addition to this, Indian Railways is also introducing LHB coaches for the Gandhinagar Capital-Daulatpur Chowk train service. These coaches provide more comfort and a smoother ride for passengers.
The LHB coaches will start operating from December 2, 2025. This will make train travel more convenient, and the number of such coaches is expected to increase gradually for better passenger service.
