New Vande Bharat trains are coming to Rajasthan, including a route from Bikaner to Delhi.
Rajasthan is about to get good news, especially for the people of Bikaner. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is planning a visit to Rajasthan from September 19 to 21. During this trip, he may flag off two new Vande Bharat trains and one additional train.
The new trains include the Jodhpur-Delhi Cantt Vande Bharat, Bikaner-Delhi Cantt Vande Bharat, and a new train from Udaipur to Chandigarh. The train coaches have already arrived, and preparations for starting them are nearly complete.
PM Modi is expected to inaugurate these trains virtually from Banswara. He may also open over six railway stations that have been redeveloped. With these new trains, tourism and business in Rajasthan are likely to get a boost, especially for travelers from Jodhpur, Bikaner, and Udaipur.
Currently, to travel from Bikaner to Delhi, passengers have four regular trains to choose from. The first one leaves at 9:25 AM and reaches Sarai Rohilla at 5:20 PM. There are also superfast and express trains available that operate at different times throughout the day.
The expected schedule for the new Bikaner-Delhi Vande Bharat train is that it will leave Bikaner at 5:45 AM and arrive at Delhi Cantt by 11:50 AM. The return journey is planned for 4:45 PM, reaching Bikaner at around 11 PM. However, the official schedule and fare details are yet to be announced.
