PM Modi to Inaugurate Four New Vande Bharat Express Trains from Varanasi on November 8, Including Lucknow-Saharanpur Route

Prime Minister Modi will launch four new Vande Bharat Express trains from Varanasi, including routes for Lucknow-Saharanpur and Banaras-Khajuraho.



On November 8, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate four new Vande Bharat Express trains from Varanasi. This includes the much-awaited Lucknow-Saharanpur route, which is expected to benefit many passengers.

The Lucknow-Saharanpur train will complete its journey in about 7 hours and 45 minutes. This is a significant improvement, as it saves around an hour compared to other trains on the same route. Travelers from cities like Lucknow, Sitapur, Shahjahanpur, Bareilly, Moradabad, Bijnor, and Saharanpur will find this service especially useful.


On its first day of operation, the Lucknow-Saharanpur Vande Bharat Express will run as a special train. It will leave from Lucknow Junction at 8:05 AM. The train will stop at Sitapur at 9:00 AM and Shahjahanpur at 10:15 AM, before reaching Bareilly Junction at 11:13 AM and Moradabad at 12:32 PM.

After that, it will make further stops at Najibabad at 1:50 PM, Roorkee at 2:45 PM, and finally arrive in Saharanpur at 4:00 PM. This schedule makes it convenient for passengers traveling along this route.


With the introduction of these new trains, passengers can expect a quick and efficient travel option. The launch is a part of efforts to enhance rail connectivity in Uttar Pradesh and improve overall travel experiences for commuters.
