दिल्ली में हाल ही में हुए धमाके के बाद, रेलवे स्टेशनों पर सुरक्षा बढ़ा दी गई है। यह कदम यात्रियों की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए उठाया गया है। स्टेशन पर जांच और निगरानी कड़ी कर दी गई है।

बदली हुई स्थिति का असर ट्रेनों में यात्रियों की संख्या पर भी पड़ा है। दिल्ली रूट की ट्रेनों में यात्रा करने वाले लोगों की संख्या में कमी आई है। पिछले दो दिनों में प्रयागराज मंडल में 30,000 से ज्यादा आरक्षित टिकट रद्द हुए हैं।


प्रयागराज जंक्शन पर अकेले 8100 से अधिक टिकट रद्द हुए हैं। इसमें दिल्ली जाने वाले यात्री भी शामिल हैं। इसका मतलब है कि वंदे भारत और हमसफर जैसी प्रमुख ट्रेनों में सीटें अब आसानी से मिल रही हैं।

गुरुवार को वाराणसी नई दिल्ली वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस में रात साढ़े सात बजे तक 230 सीटें खाली थीं। इसी तरह, नई दिल्ली हमसफर एक्सप्रेस में 165 बर्थ तत्काल कोटे में उपलब्ध थीं। यह सामान्य दिनों में संभव नहीं होता।


15 नवंबर के लिए 532 सीटें खाली हैं और 14 नवंबर के लिए वंदे भारत के चेयरकार में 444 सीटें उपलब्ध हैं। प्रयागराज मंडल के आंकड़ों के अनुसार, 10 और 11 नवंबर को कुल 30,909 आरक्षित टिकट रद्द हुए।
