To assist candidates appearing for the Bihar Police Radio Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) recruitment examination, the East Central Railway (ECR) and its Samastipur Rail Division have announced the operation of four special examination trains. These services are scheduled to run on July 22, 2026, to manage the anticipated surge in passenger traffic and ensure that all examinees reach their centers comfortably and on time. According to Saraswati Chandra, Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) for East Central Railway, these arrangements were finalized on July 21 to accommodate the significant rush of students.
Key highlights of the announcement include:
- All four special examination trains are scheduled to depart at 2:00 PM (14:00) on July 22, 2026.
- The initiative covers key routes across the Samastipur Rail Division.
- Candidates are advised to double-check their specific train routes and timings before heading to the station.
Exam Special Train Schedule Details
The ECR has strategically planned these routes to connect major hubs across the state. The Darbhanga-Barauni Exam Special (03201) is set to depart Darbhanga at 2:00 PM, reaching Barauni at 7:00 PM, with scheduled halts at Laheriasarai and Samastipur. Meanwhile, the Muzaffarpur-Begusarai Exam Special (03202) will also depart at 2:00 PM, arriving in Begusarai by 8:00 PM, serving passengers via Samastipur and Barauni.
For those traveling toward the capital region, the Muzaffarpur-Patliputra Exam Special (03203) will leave Muzaffarpur at 2:00 PM and is expected to reach Patliputra by 5:00 PM, passing through Hajipur and Sonepur. Finally, the Bapudham Motihari-Siwan Exam Special (03204) will depart Bapudham Motihari at 2:00 PM. This train covers a longer route, passing through Muzaffarpur, Hajipur, Sonepur, and Chhapra, before concluding its journey in Siwan at 10:00 PM.
Railway authorities have urged all candidates to plan their travel in advance and remain updated on any potential last-minute schedule adjustments.
