The railway administration is running a special train service for two days to manage the rising rush of pilgrims travelling to Ramdevra. This service will operate on August 22 and 23, 2026. The special train will operate as train number 04867. The train will depart from Jodhpur at 9:30 AM and arrive in Ramdevra by 1:30 PM. The entire train composition will feature unreserved coaches to easily accommodate the high influx of passengers heading to the pilgrimage site.
Convenient Travel for Pilgrims
The decision to run this special service comes in response to the massive surge in passenger traffic towards Ramdevra during this period. According to Anurag Tripathi, the Jodhpur Division Railway Manager, proper arrangements have been made to ensure smooth travel for everyone. Since the coaches are entirely unreserved, travellers are advised to reach the Jodhpur railway station well in time to secure boarding and avoid last-minute rush.
