Understanding the ISO 55001:2024 Framework
ISO 55001:2024 offers an international framework that allows organizations to balance operational risks, asset performance, and lifecycle costs. To achieve this certification in record time, DMRC implemented a series of rigorous updates, including the enhancement of its Strategic Asset Management Plan, the alignment of management objectives with organizational priorities, strengthened risk controls, and extensive personnel training. The integrity of the system is maintained through regular audits, management reviews, and the use of Key Performance Indicators.
Managing Mumbai Metro Line-3
