The Prayagraj Division of North Central Railway is preparing to launch this facility to save passengers from wandering around platforms or arguing over rates. Passengers will be able to book a coolie in advance through an authorized railway app or website based on their train arrival or departure time. The booked coolie will be present at the designated spot when the passenger reaches the station. A digital payment system is being developed so that passengers know the exact fare beforehand, ending the issue of arbitrary pricing.

The service will initially be implemented at major stations under the Prayagraj Division. These include:
