Vande Bharat Express Stuck for 35 Minutes at Dadnagar Crossing, Affects Train Operations in Kanpur

A Vande Bharat Express train, travelling from Delhi to Patna via Kanpur, faced a delay of 35 minutes at the Dad Nagar railway crossing. This happened because the route was not clear for the train to proceed.

The train finally reached Kanpur Central at around 1:45 PM after the track clearance. During this delay, it also caused disruptions for two other trains that were scheduled to run on the same route.


Additionally, a special Vande Bharat Express train left Panki Dham station for Kanpur at 1:10 PM. However, just five minutes later, it encountered a red signal near the Dad Nagar crossing, which resulted in a wait of almost 35 minutes.

Many passengers took the initiative to approach the guard and the driver’s cabin to understand why the train was halted for such a long time. The delay raised concerns among travelers about their schedules.


Once the line was cleared, the trains were able to resume their journeys. Passengers are advised to stay updated on train schedules to avoid any inconvenience in the future.
