Indian Railways has announced a series of special train services to help NEET UG 2026 aspirants reach their examination centers for the re-test on Sunday, June 21, 2026. Multiple zones including Western, Central, and Southern Railway have stepped up arrangements to manage the sudden rush of students. Which zones are running special trains for NEET candidates?

Different railway zones have introduced specific services to support students. Western Railway is operating trains on Ahmedabad-Mumbai, Okha-Gandhinagar, and Bhavnagar-Gandhigram routes. Central Railway has increased its Sunday suburban services in Mumbai from 1,200 to 1,820. Other zones like South Eastern Railway, South East Central Railway, and North Eastern Railway have also launched special trains in areas like Rourkela, Nagpur, and Prayagraj.
