Ranchi to Get Fourth Vande Bharat Express Train with Sleeper Class; Service Between Hatia and Puri Planned Every Sunday

A new train service is coming soon for people traveling between Hatia and Puri. This train will make it easier for passengers to travel between these two important places.

The train will start from Hatia every Sunday night at 8 PM and reach Puri by 7:30 AM the next day. On Mondays, it will leave Puri at 11:15 AM and come back to Hatia at 10:45 PM.


This train is special because it will be the first sleeper class Vande Bharat Express for the Ranchi rail division. It is a significant addition to the current services, which only have chair car options.

Currently, there are three Vande Bharat Express trains operating from Ranchi, including services to Howrah, Patna, and Varanasi. The new sleeper train is a welcome change for long-distance travelers.
