Where will the bullet train stop and what is the plan?
The corridor will have 10 to 14 stations. Proposed stops include Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Daund, Akluj, Pandharpur, Solapur, Kalaburagi, Zaheerabad, and Hyderabad. Other possible stops are Vikhroli, Thane, Lonavala, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Baramati, Vikarabad, Kokapet, and Shamshabad. The project includes a 35.30 km underground stretch in Maharashtra and a maintenance depot near Shamshabad airport.

Construction is expected to begin after 2026, with some reports pointing toward 2027-28. The Telangana government is already planning for land acquisition to speed up the process. Chief Secretary K.
