• Stations being inaugurated: Jalandhar Cantt, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Sri Muktsar Sahib, and Sri Anandpur Sahib.
• Inauguration mode: The Prime Minister will be physically present at Jalandhar Cantt, while the other three stations will be dedicated to the nation virtually.
• Investment: The Jalandhar Cantt station redevelopment alone cost approximately 125 crore rupees.

According to Kewal Singh Dhillon, Indian Railways has successfully completed the redevelopment of 10 railway stations in the state at a total investment of 424.02 crore rupees.
