To ensure the facility remains well-maintained, the railway has awarded a five-year contract to Swami Contractors of Jind, who will be responsible for the upgrade, daily operation, and maintenance of the space.

Railway officials have confirmed that the facility is designed to offer relief to commuters throughout the year. Whether passengers are dealing with the harsh summer heat, the biting cold of winter, or the monsoon rains, the AC waiting room will be accessible throughout the day. In addition to a climate-controlled environment, the facility will feature a dedicated snack room serving tea, light beverages, and snacks.
