According to Chief Public Relations Officer Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay, parcel godowns and packaging activities will remain strictly closed throughout this four-day window.
While the commercial movement of goods is restricted, passengers are permitted to carry their personal luggage into their coaches as usual. Additionally, the railway has made an exception for the booking of registered newspapers and magazines, provided they undergo mandatory commercial formalities and rigorous security screening.

Simultaneously, the Jodhpur Commissionerate has taken proactive steps to secure the skies. Police Commissioner Anshuman Bhomia has issued a prohibitory order under Section 163 of the Indian Civil Security Code-2023. This order strictly bans the operation of drones or any unauthorized flying objects in the region.

Individuals found operating drones without prior official permission will face prosecution under Section 223 of the Indian Justice Code-2023 along with other relevant legal provisions.
