The station now has a grand entrance with separate entry and exit gates to manage the flow of people efficiently. The station interior is decorated with paintings representing Indian culture and heritage. Key additions include the following:
- Two new lifts and ramps for Divyangjan and elderly passengers
- A modern 12-meter wide Foot Over Bridge for easy movement
- Upgraded waiting halls with comfortable seating and help booths
- Solar power panels and rainwater harvesting systems for environmental sustainability
- CCTV cameras and coach indication boards for better safety and information

Dausa is a significant station on the Delhi-Ahmedabad rail route and is located about 60 kilometers from Jaipur. It handles a daily average of 14,742 passengers and serves as a stoppage for 74 trains. The modernization includes expanded parking facilities for two-wheelers and four-wheelers. These improvements are expected to boost local economic growth and provide a better travel environment for regular commuters in the region.
