What are the timings and schedule of the new train?

The commercial operations for the new service start from June 22, 2026. Train number 19725 will run from Khatipura to Darbhanga six days a week, except Fridays. For the return journey, train number 19726 will operate from Darbhanga to Khatipura starting June 23, 2026, except Sundays. An inaugural special train (09711) also ran on June 21, departing Khatipura at 4:00 PM and reaching Darbhanga the next day at 6:55 PM.

The Amrit Bharat Express consists of 22 coaches designed for passenger comfort and safety. The breakdown of the coaches is as follows:

Apart from the new train, a Mega Coaching Terminal was inaugurated at Khatipura station, which can handle the maintenance of about 450 trains.
