Details of train diversions and cancellations
The daily block remains effective from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM to facilitate the replacement of old sleepers with steel H-beams and iron sheets. Due to this engineering work, around 17 trains on the Kanpur-Lucknow route stand cancelled. Trains such as the Pune-Lucknow Express and Lokamanaya Tilak Terminus-Lucknow Superfast Express are terminating at Kanpur Central instead of their final destination.
