The construction of the new Khalilabad-Bahraich railway line is facing delays in the Sant Kabir Nagar district. Heavy monsoon rains have slowed down the work, particularly on the Khalilabad-Bansi section. The rain has caused waterlogging and a shortage of soil needed for earthwork, which is essential for laying the tracks.
