What’s inside:

Train services have been changed for the Magh Mela. Find out the new updates here.

Due to the Magh Mela, there have been changes in the train services. The Howrah-New Delhi Rajdhani Express and Howrah-Badmer Superfast Express will now halt at Subedarganj instead of Prayagraj till mid-February. Tickets for these trains to Subedarganj have already started booking, but there is a long waiting list most days.

The Howrah-New Delhi Rajdhani Express will not stop at Prayagraj for 47 days. Similarly, the Howrah-Badmer Superfast Express will have halts in Subedarganj on various dates till mid-February. Ticket booking for Subedarganj is available for this train as well.

Several trains like the Ranchi-Lokmanya Tilak Weekly Express will not go to Varanasi and Prayagraj on different dates. Instead, they will go through different routes. This change is due to the influx of devotees for the Magh Mela, making it difficult to find space on trains to Prayagraj till mid-February.

These changes are temporary and are aimed at accommodating the increased demand during the Magh Mela.

Passengers are advised to check the revised schedules and plan their journeys accordingly to avoid any inconvenience. Stay tuned for further updates on the revised train services.
