A significant railway accident was narrowly avoided due to the quick thinking and vigilance of a loco pilot on the night of September 18. After stopping the train, the loco pilot safely removed the telecom pole from the tracks and resumed the journey without further incident.
Investigation and Arrests
Following the event, the Government Railway Police (GRP) initiated an investigation to determine if there was a deliberate attempt to sabotage the train. An FIR was registered, and the Railway Protection Force (RPF) began probing the circumstances surrounding the incident.
