Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently launched four new Vande Bharat Express trains to boost connectivity across India.



Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched four new Vande Bharat Express trains from Varanasi on Saturday morning around 8:40 AM. This event was special as he interacted with children on the train and listened to their experiences.

These new trains are a big part of Modi’s vision to give people a better, faster, and more comfortable travel option. The trains will run on routes connecting Varanasi to Khajuraho, Lucknow to Saharanpur, Firozpur to Delhi, and Ernakulam to Bengaluru.


The Varanasi-Khajuraho train will save passengers around 2 hours and 40 minutes compared to current services. It will connect famous cultural sites like Varanasi and Khajuraho, making travel easier for pilgrims and tourists.

On the Lucknow-Saharanpur route, the train will take about 7 hours and 45 minutes, saving nearly an hour in travel time. This will benefit passengers from cities like Lucknow, Saharanpur, and Haridwar, improving regional connectivity.


In Punjab, the Firozpur-Delhi train will be the fastest, covering the distance in just 6 hours and 40 minutes. Meanwhile, the Ernakulam-Bengaluru train will reduce travel time to 8 hours and 40 minutes, linking major commercial hubs in South India.
