In Punjab, the modernization efforts include Jalandhar Cantt station, which will see a physical inauguration, along with the virtual dedication of S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Sri Muktsar Sahib, and Sri Anandpur Sahib. Furthermore, the initiative covers a significant overhaul in Madhya Pradesh with 13 redeveloped stations being unveiled. Other notable additions to the modern rail network include Mangalagiri Railway Station in Andhra Pradesh and Bantwal Railway Station in Karnataka.
