Indian Railways has cancelled several trains until July 5, 2026, due to planned infrastructure and repair work. Passengers are advised to check their train status before starting their journey to avoid any inconvenience. These cancellations affect various routes across Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.

Which trains are cancelled in the Bilaspur division

The South East Central Railway is working on the Bilaspur-Champa fourth rail line project. Due to infrastructure work at Janjgir-Naila station from June 22 to July 5, 2026, several MEMU and passenger trains are cancelled.

Additionally, train number 18237 Korba-Amritsar Chhattisgarh Express will depart 2 hours late on July 1, 2026.

Train updates for Gonda and Bareilly routes

In the Lucknow area, several trains on the Gonda route will be cancelled from July 7 to 11 due to pre-interlocking work for the third rail line. Specifically, the 22921 Bandra-Balrampur Express will be cancelled on July 5.

In the Moradabad division, repair work at the Bareilly station yard will affect services from July 5 to August 3, 2026. Both the Bareilly-Delhi Express and Delhi-Bareilly Express will remain cancelled during this period.

For passengers travelling between Delhi and Ayodhya Cantt, additional coaches will be provided. This facility is available for Ayodhya Cantt-Delhi Express from June 29 to July 5 and for Delhi-Ayodhya Cantt Express from June 28 to July 4.
