What is the reason for these changes?
The Railway Ministry is focusing on infrastructure upgrades. Specifically, work is being done at Gaya Junction and within the Lucknow Division. Additionally, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw reviewed the progress of summer special trains, planning over 18,000 trips between April 15 and July 15, 2026, to manage the holiday rush.
